Eatology was born in Hong Kong after French expatriates found that no restaurant or delivery service matched their desire to maintain a genuinely healthy lifestyle. Faced with demanding, time-consuming jobs, the founders of what would become Eatology set out to combine food that supports long-term health with authentic pleasure, enriched by variety and French culinary expertise.
